By using Pofide, you agree to these Voorwaarden of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to our mobile app and website (pofide.com).

2. Service Beschrijving

Pofide is a productivity app that lets you Samenvoegen, Splitsen, Comprimeren, and sign PDF Documenten. Sleutel Functie: Alle Verwerken happens on your Apparaat — your Documenten are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Account creatie

When creating an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and Huidige information
• You are responsible for your Account Beveiliging
• You will not Delen your Account with others

4. Credits and Abonnement

Nieuw accounts Starten with Gratis Credits. Additional Credits or Ongelimiteerd Gebruik can be obtained through a Premium Abonnement.

• Subscriptions Auto-renew; you can Annuleren anytime
• Cancellation takes effect at the Volgende billing period
• Refund beleid for digital products follows app opslaan rules
• Unused Credits may Resetten monthly (depending on Plan details)

5. Verboden gebruik

De volgende toepassingen zijn verboden:

• Verwerken van auteursrechtelijk beschermde documenten zonder toestemming
• Maken of verspreiden van illegale inhoud
• Geautomatiseerde toegang (bots, scrapers)
• Poging om beveiligingslekken te misbruiken
• Poging om toegang te krijgen tot accounts van andere gebruikers

6. Intellectual Property

Alle Pofide Inhoud, Logo, design, and software are our property. The Documenten you process are entirely yours — we have no claim over them.

7. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid

Pofide cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from potential Gegevens loss, Verwerken errors, or service interruptions. The service is provided "as is." We recommend backing up critical Documenten before Verwerken.
