By using Pofide, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to our mobile app and website (pofide.com).

2. Service Description

Pofide is a productivity app that lets you merge, split, compress, and sign PDF documents. Key feature: all processing happens on your device — your documents are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Account Creation

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • You are responsible for your account security
  • You will not share your account with others
  • Notify us of any suspicious activity

4. Credits and Subscription

New accounts start with free credits. Additional credits or unlimited usage can be obtained through a premium subscription.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew; you can cancel anytime
  • Cancellation takes effect at the next billing period
  • Refund policy for digital products follows app store rules
  • Unused credits may reset monthly (depending on plan details)

5. Prohibited Use

The following uses are prohibited:

  • Processing copyrighted documents without permission
  • Creating or distributing illegal content
  • Automated access (bots, scrapers)
  • Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts

6. Intellectual Property

All Pofide content, logo, design, and software are our property. The documents you process are entirely yours — we have no claim over them.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pofide cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from potential data loss, processing errors, or service interruptions. The service is provided "as is." We recommend backing up critical documents before processing.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our services at any time. We will notify users in advance of significant changes.

9. Account Termination

We have the right to suspend or permanently close your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime via info@pofide.com .

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
