By using Pofide, you agree to these Villkor of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to our mobile app and website (pofide.com).

2. Service Beskrivning

Pofide is a productivity app that lets you Slå ihop, Dela, Komprimera, and sign PDF Dokument. Nyckel Funktion: Alla Bearbetar happens on your Enhet — your Dokument are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Konto Creation

When creating an Konto, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and Nuvarande information
• You are responsible for your Konto Säkerhet
• You will not Dela your Konto with others
• Meddela oss om misstänkt aktivitet

4. Poäng and Prenumeration

Ny accounts Starta with Gratis Poäng. Additional Poäng or Obegränsat usage can be obtained through a Premium Prenumeration.

• Subscriptions Auto-renew; you can Avbryt anytime
• Cancellation takes effect at the Nästa billing period
• Refund policy for digital products follows app lagra rules
• Unused Poäng may Återställ monthly (depending on Plan details)

5. Förbjuden användning

Följande användningar är förbjudna:

• Bearbetning av upphovsrättsskyddade dokument utan tillstånd
• Skapa eller distribuera olagligt innehåll
• Automatiserad åtkomst (robotar, skrapare)
• Försök att utnyttja säkerhetssårbarheter
• Försök att få åtkomst till andra användares konton

6. Intellectual Property

Alla Pofide Innehåll, Logotyp, design, and software are our property. The Dokument you process are entirely yours — we have no claim over them.

7. Ansvarighetsbegränsning

Pofide cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from potential Data loss, Bearbetar errors, or service interruptions. The service is provided "as is." We recommend backing up critical Dokument before Bearbetar.
