1. 同意

By using Pofide, you agree to these 利用規約 of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to our mobile app and website (pofide.com).

2. Service 説明

Pofide is a productivity app that lets you 結合, 分割, 圧縮, and sign PDF ドキュメント. Key 機能: すべて 処理中 happens on your デバイス — your ドキュメント are never uploaded to our servers.

3. アカウント Creation

When creating an アカウント, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and 現在 information

• You will not 共有 your アカウント with others

4. クレジット and サブスクリプション

新規 accounts 開始 with 無料 クレジット. Additional クレジット or 無制限 usage can be obtained through a プレミアム サブスクリプション.

• Subscriptions 自動-renew; you can キャンセル anytime
• Cancellation takes effect at the 次へ billing period

5. 禁止される使用

以下の使用は禁止されています:

• 許可なく著作権で保護された文書を処理すること
• 違法コンテンツの作成または配布
• 自動アクセス（ボット、スクレイパー）
• セキュリティ脆弱性の悪用の試み
• 他のユーザーのアカウントへのアクセス試行

6. Intellectual Property

すべて Pofide コンテンツ, ロゴ, design, and software are our property. The ドキュメント you process are entirely yours — we have no claim over them.

7. 責任の制限

Pofide cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from potential データ loss, 処理中 errors, or service interruptions. The service is provided "as is." We recommend backing up critical ドキュメント before 処理中.

8. サービス 変更

9. アカウント Termination

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
