By using Pofide, you agree to these Ketentuan of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to our mobile app and website (pofide.com).

2. Service Deskripsi

Pofide is a productivity app that lets you Gabung, Pisah, Kompres, and sign PDF Dokumen. Kunci Fitur: Semua Memproses happens on your Perangkat — your Dokumen are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Akun Creation

When creating an Akun, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and Saat ini information

4. Kredit and Langganan

  • Upaya mengeksploitasi kerentanan keamanan
  • Upaya mengakses akun pengguna lain

6. Intellectual Property

Semua Pofide Konten, Logo, design, and software are our property. The Dokumen you process are entirely yours — we have no claim over them.

7. Batasan Tanggung Jawab

Pofide cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from potential Data loss, Memproses errors, or service interruptions. The service is provided "as is." We recommend backing up critical Dokumen before Memproses.

We reserve the Kanan to modify, suspend, or terminate our services at any Waktu. We will notify users in advance of significant changes.

9. Akun Termination

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
